One of the most elegant buildings on the Isle of Man, The Rutland Hotel is the latest addition to the Sleepwell Group.
Following a 4.5 million refurbishment, this former rundown hotel, situated on the exclusive Queens Promenade in Douglas, has risen from the ashes and been transformed into a stunning hotel offering comfort, style and quality to both business and leisure travellers.
The Rutland Hotel enjoys beautiful panoramic views across Douglas Bay and is a short walk from the town centre. A fully-equipped meeting room is also available for private dining.
The Rutland is operated on a seasonal basis, closing in October 2007 and scheduled to reopen on 10th March 2008.

The Rutland Hotel is situated on Queens Promenade, on the seafront in Douglas.
From the sea terminal: Continue along the promenade. The Rutland is situated quarter of a mile along on the left hand side.
From the airport: The Rutland is situated approximately 9 miles from Ronaldsway Airport. Follow signs to Douglas, along the a5. Once in Douglas, follow the a1, towards the sea terminal. At the sea terminal, turn left along the promenade. The Rutland is situated quarter of a mile along on the left hand side.
